Bio

Matthew Rudd Reynolds was diagnosed with both Deafness and kidney failure at 18 months old.  Nonetheless, thanks to the love of God and the many efforts of his dedicated parents PLUS three kidney transplants -- he is thriving today!

At the age of 41, Matt published his first book, A World on the Island's Edge.  Shortly afterward, he received his third kidney transplant.  He is excited to introduce the sequel to his first book, Map of a Soundless Clock.

Matt stays busy being a husband, father and son -- the roles he feels are most important in his life.  He loves his friends a great deal as well!

He is currently working on All the Stilled Voices, a novel set around the "Deaf President Now" protests at Gallaudet University in 1988.  He is also planning Where Stars Cast their Shadows, the next installment in the adventures of Andi and Lux.
